Good morning with Ellen. We tidied the sunroom and she named every bird at the feeder.
Ellen and I did the dishes together and she told stories about the lake. Locked up before I left.
Ellen wanted pancakes today, so we made a small batch and ate at the kitchen table.
Ellen took all her morning pills without fuss and asked after her grandson. Spirits high.

Ellen did her gentle stretches and we watered the ferns together. She ate a full breakfast.
Settled in for the evening. Ellen watched her game shows and took her medication at seven.
Ellen was up early and wanted the porch, so we sat out with coffee before her shower.
